The Williams’ concept began as a family business serving and supporting the Medina community. Four generations of Williams have served clients in the Medina, Wooster, Akron and Cleveland areas at our venues. We are proud to be able to give back to our community, helping wherever we can. Our magnificent 26-acre property, ideally situated in the center of Medina, provides a picturesque setting for your occasion. We offer indoor and outdoor options, two cutting-edge, fully-equipped meeting spaces, and lovely grounds with a private 11-acre lake to accommodate groups of different sizes and needs. Our space offers two separate meeting spaces: Lakeside East, which can accommodate up to 200 guests, and Lakeside South, which can accommodate up to 315 people.
A 50-person room and a conference room for 15 people are also available at Lakeside South for smaller gatherings. Each meeting room has a patio that can accommodate a 30′ x 30′ tent. Our comprehensive services include both on-site and off-site corporate catering, as well as rental equipment. We offer tailored seminar packages and specialize in organizing corporate summer outings, team-building events, boardroom meetings, marketing events, formal black-ties, fundraisers, and holiday parties.
