Williams on the Lake

Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming. Between juggling vendors, managing timelines, and trying to stay on budget, stress can pile up fast. That’s exactly why we built our approach around simplicity. At Williams on the Lake, our all inclusive packages bring everything you need under one roof, so you can focus on celebrating instead of coordinating.

What’s Included in Your All Inclusive Package

When we say all inclusive, we mean it. From the moment you book with us, you get a clear picture of what’s covered. No surprise fees, no hidden costs, just one price per person that includes your ceremony, reception, food, service, and coordination.

Choose Your Perfect Ceremony Location

Both Lakeside South and Lakeside East include dedicated ceremony spaces. At Lakeside South, you can choose between our Courtyard and Gazebo. At Lakeside East, the Moon Gate Patio overlooks the lake. Whichever you choose, you’ll have white padded folding chairs, extra hall time for pre-ceremony preparations, a private suite for your wedding party to get ready, and a rehearsal with our coordinators.

Professional Coordination From Day One

You get a personal event coordinator assigned to your wedding. This isn’t someone you meet once and never hear from again. Your coordinator walks you through decisions, answers questions, and runs the timeline on your wedding day. Our professional service staff includes servers, bartenders, bussers, and security, all trained to keep things running smoothly so you’re never managing logistics yourself.

Food and Beverage Without the Runaround

Williams on the Lake provides in house catering. That means no back and forth with outside caterers, no separate contracts, and no confusion about who’s responsible for what. Our award-winning chef creates your menu based on your preferences, and it’s included in your per person price. We also run our own in-house bar, so beverage service stays smooth and stress-free.

Religious exceptions are the only case where we allow outside caterers, and even then, we work closely with you to coordinate.

Tables, Linens, and Decor Included

Your package includes venue tables, chairs, linens, china, stemware, and flatware. We also provide custom décor and design assistance through our in-house decorators. You’re welcome to bring personal touches, but the foundational design work is handled by our team. This saves you hours of research and ensures everything looks cohesive.

Six Hours of Reception Time

You get six full hours for your reception. That gives you time for cocktails, dinner, toasts, dancing, and those quiet moments with family. Our venues stay yours for the duration, with no pressure to rush or wrap early.

Scenic Photo Locations on the Property

Our private 11-acre lake is surrounded by landscaped grounds, and it’s yours to use for photos. The grapevine walkway at Lakeside South, the natural stone fireplace at Lakeside East, and the waterfall near the Courtyard are all popular spots. Since we host only one wedding per venue at a time, you won’t have strangers wandering into your ceremony or reception shots.

What You Handle Separately

We operate with an open vendor policy for most services. You’re free to choose your own photographer, DJ, florist, and officiant. Our preferred vendor list includes professionals we’ve worked with often, but it’s not required. The only vendors we manage in-house are catering and bar service. Everything else is yours to personalize.

Indoor Elegance With Outdoor Views

Both Lakeside South and Lakeside East offer comfortable indoor spaces year-round. Lakeside South features skylights and cathedral ceilings, while Lakeside East has a natural stone fireplace and warm earth tones. You get indoor elegance with outdoor views, no matter the season.

Conclusion

Because we have two independent venues on one property, you never share your wedding day with another event. When you book Lakeside South or Lakeside East, that space is entirely yours. You won’t hear another DJ through the walls or run into another couple’s ceremony setup.

We’ve worked with couples planning weddings for 50 guests and others celebrating with 315. Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner or a full scale reception with dancing, our packages scale to fit your guest count without forcing you into a one-size-fits-all template.

Ready to simplify your wedding planning? Call us at (330) 722-6766 or visit williamsonthelake.com to schedule a tour of Lakeside South and Lakeside East. We’ll show you both venues, explain what’s included, and introduce you to the team that will coordinate your day.

FAQs

What exactly is included in the all inclusive package?

Your package includes a personal event coordinator, six hours of reception time, ceremony setup with white padded folding chairs, venue tables and chairs, linens, china, stemware, flatware, in-house bar service, award-winning catering, custom decor assistance, and access to our scenic photo locations. You also get extra hall time for pre-ceremony preparations, a private suite for your wedding party, and a rehearsal.

Can we bring in our own caterer or bartender?

We handle all catering and bar service in-house. The only exception is for religious reasons, and we coordinate closely in those cases. For all other vendors like photographers, DJs, florists, and officiants, you’re free to choose your own or work from our preferred vendor list.

How far in advance should we book?

Fall dates fill up quickly because the trees surrounding our lake create beautiful scenery. If you’re planning a fall wedding, we recommend booking as early as possible. Spring greenery typically arrives in late May to early June, so keep that in mind if you’re hoping for lush outdoor photos earlier in the season.

What if our guest count changes?

Contact your personal event coordinator as soon as you have updated numbers. Since our pricing is per person, adjustments are straightforward. We work with you to ensure your space, seating, and catering align with your final headcount.
